For over 20 years I’ve led daily operations at Fun Foods/Smart Foods, partnering with school districts nationwide and managing production and distribution. My passion is helping schools boost student participation while making the cafeteria a place of fun through creative, engaging products.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my amazing family and friends, a little travel, and the occasional quiet moment to myself. I’m always up for a good laugh.

I've been in the school nutrition business for 20 years with Fun Foods. I have a tremendous amount of respect for all of my peers in the industry, I know how hard you all work to bring healthy lunches to children. I cherish the relationships I have built and look forward to the new relationships that are on the horizon in our wonderful industry. Out of work I enjoy staying active and supporting my Houston sports teams.  I also love golfing, reading and music.

I have been building relationships and providing School Districts with fun and healthy foods in the Texas, Utah and California markets for over 20 years. We have mostly specialized in shaped chicken nuggets and shaped cinnamon snack crackers that increase participation in a fun and simple way.  

I have been married to my beautiful wife Kim for over 27 years and have been blessed with a son and daughter. In my spare time I enjoy playing pickleball and spending time with my family.

So happy to be in the business of school nutrition. It can be hard sometimes, but it is actually an important service. When I tell people what I do, they say, “Wow, that’s random!” Then I try to explain how I landed here. How I came from the trades, and bounced around in so many other places. And how much I appreciate my team, and what I do. You see I am a people person - and the folks that I deal with in this industry are my people. That fills my cup every day. Then we get to the real conversation of school foods - because everyone is connected to school foods in some way or another. And it’s surprising that most people don’t realize what it takes to put out the many multiple meals that are required each day at each site in a small window of time, day in and day out. My name is Victoria and I have been working with school districts for over 20 years. I am very passionate about what I do everyday. A little about myself is that I have 3 amazing dogs that really show you that life is simple: LOVE, LOVE and more LOVE. I have two Shipoo and a Maltipoo and I just really love life. I run with them most days to get rid of some of their energy!

I joined Fun Foods in the fall of 2018. I am happy to be serving the Florida School Nutrition community. I have one child who graduated from Florida public schools and another who is presently in school at Pineview School in Sarasota, Fl.

I provide sales and education for Fun Foods products and I work to deliver the smoothest, most delightful fun days to each district that I work with. I feel very grateful to be a part of the school nutrition community!
